Hi, I’m Koda and I’m a very good boy! When I get up in the morning, I like to go outside and roll in the grass and then my favorite thing to do is to go for a walk at the lake where I can meet new people. I walk nicely on my leash with a gentle leader. My foster mom says I’m a lover (she’s right!) and she thinks I will bond quickly with the humans who adopt me. I can’t wait to be adopted!

I am a chill boy with good manners born around March 2021. I have basic obedience and know sit, down, leave it, wait, and I even mostly come when I’m called! I’m also ok with letting you wipe down my paws when I come inside after keeping your garden free of any pesky moles! No unwanted critters on my watch! I’d like to attend obedience training with my new family because I love to learn and I’m treat motivated. I think peanut butter snacks are delicious. You don’t need to worry about me stealing your bananas or carrots, but if you need help finishing your pizza crusts, I think I could help with that!

I’m comfortable in my crate and will go in there to chill out and sleep. At night, my foster family trusts me to pick my sleeping spot and sometimes I go in my crate, or on the dog chair, or the dog bed, or sometimes just upstairs next to my foster brother’s room. I’m good at letting you know when people are around, but I also quiet down when I’m told to. I get into cars easily and I’m currently learning how to use a ramp for getting into higher vehicles. Did I mention I like to learn new things for treats?? I also love to play with my foster dog brother and hope that my new family has a dog for me to play with every day!

I love to hook my people and pull them in for some love – I can use my paw to grab my foster mom to say hello and the end of my tail is so curled it acts like a hook too. Are you hooked? Reach out to GPRS to learn more about me!
