Lumi and her big brother Balou are a bonded pair who recently lost their beloved owner — and now they’re hoping to find a forever home together. Lumi, born around February 2022, is a sweet, shy, and affectionate girl who needs a little extra patience — but the love she gives in return is endless. She’s still learning that humans can be kind and trustworthy, and she looks to Balou for reassurance every step of the way. Lumi is shy with the leash and car rides, loves brushing and affection, and can be a little vocal as she navigates the world around her. She has lived with cats and would do well with mellow dogs, and she’s best suited for an adult-only home or one with older kids who can move at her pace. If you have patience, love, and a soft spot for a shy but incredibly sweet pup, Lumi and her big brother Balou are waiting to meet the family who will take them home together and never let them go.

All dogs and puppies require VISIBLE fencing

Adoption fee: $450 for the pair (Adoption fee includes spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, deworming, and health certificate for travel). Adopters pay the cost of transport services outside of Texas area. Transport costs depend on location and company used. Northeast transport fee is $200. The Northwest and Midwest transport fees range from $225-$350, The Southeast transport fees range from $250-$350.
